Dr. Yasser Refai
Dr. Yasser Refai was born and raised in Middletown, NJ. He then attended Rutgers University and continued on to earn his degree in Dental Medicine from the University of Medicine of Dentistry of NJ. He then completed a General Practice Residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. Dr. Refai has been practicing for over 20 years and has been a prestigious member of the following dental organizations: Academy of General Dentistry, NJ Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentists, American College of Physician Executives, and Academy of Oseointegration. Dr. Refai currently resides in Marlboro, NJ with his wife and his 2 children who are following in his footsteps by attending Rutgers; his son for dentistry and daughter for engineering. When he isn’t practicing, he enjoys playing soccer, tennis and traveling with his family.
Dr. Refai is extremely passionate about helping patients maintain and restore their teeth and improving the esthetics of their smiles. His favorite part of dentistry is the interaction and the relationships he and the team develop with their patients. He enjoys attending continuing dental education to enhance his skills and keeping up to date with the newest technology to provide the highest quality of dentistry to his patients. He also loves sharing his experiences and mentoring younger dentists.
Dr. Gunjun Parmar
Dr. Gunjun Parmar completed he dental training at the State University of New York in Buffalo. Dr. Parmar currently resides in Morganville, NJ and is happily married with a 3 ½ year old that keeps her busy! When she is not chasing the little one around and caring for her patients she cooking and traveling. What she loves most about dentistry is transforming people’s smiles from something they avoid to something they are proud of! She also loves helping patients who have previously had dental fears or pain over come their fears and relieve their discomfort by being a patient and skillful practitioner.
Dr. Ronald Leader
Dr. Ronald Leader graduated from Baruch College with a BA in Biology. He attended New York University College of Dentistry where he earned his DDS.
For more than 30 years now, Dr. Leader has been practicing a full range of Dentistry, with particular interest in Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign, placing and restoring Implants, and single visit Root Canals.
Dr. Leader is a member of the American Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, Richmond County Dental Society, 2nd District Dental Society, the Staten Island Study Club, and attends continuing education courses in all phases of Dentistry.
Dr. Leader plays hockey twice a week and enjoys playing golf and racing his car.
Dr. Amanda Hochstein
Dr. Amanda Hochstein earned her D.D.S. degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. She completed her specialty training in Periodontics at New York University College of Dentistry, where she was able to train under some of the most prestigious members of her field. She earned her board certification in Periodontics, and has lectured at local and national dental conferences on a wide variety of periodontal topics. She has extensive experience in all aspects of periodontal treatment, from implants to bone regeneration, to gum grafting and laser therapy. She is also a member of the board of the Northeastern Society of Periodontists. Dr. Hochstein brings to our practice the latest and most effective periodontal and implant treatments available, and strives to provide treatment that is comfortable and predictable. She is a very caring and compassionate practitioner, who prides herself on the relationships she builds with her patients.
Dr. Hochstein resides in New Jersey with her husband Greg. When she is not taking care of patients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, and traveling. What she loves most about working at Dental Care Bridgewater is the opportunity to work alongside her father and continuing in the family tradition of exceptional patient care. Additionally, the office provides a warm and caring environment in which she can provide outstanding care for each patient she treats.”
